First things first: how do you use kelp noodles?

Think of Mar Mar noodles like a glass noodle. They’re light, bouncy, and absorb tons of flavor.

1. Rinse.
Give your noodles a quick rinse with cool water before using.

2. Pick your flavor.
They pair best with bold sauces, especially combinations of savory, spicy, tangy, and rich. Think sesame oil and tamari. Miso and chili oil. Coconut milk and curry.

3. Toss.
They’re ready to go - no cooking, boiling, or soaking required.

4. Make it yours.
Add vegetables, herbs, protein, chili oil, sesame seeds… whatever sounds good.

Cold or hot? Both.

For cold dishes: Dress your noodles ahead of time and let them marinate. They’ll soak up the flavors as they sit, making them especially good for noodle salads and meal prep.

For hot dishes: Add them right before serving. They warm through quickly and absorb all that delicious sauce or broth.
